What’s in it for you?
When you step into the learning environment, you are tasked with conveying information in an engaging way that will lead to improved job performance.   2. Identify 5 ways to engage learners quickly and easily.
  3. Use a 4-part debrief format to encourage discussion.
  4. Practice phrases to use while facilitating learning.
  5. Apply methods for minimizing challenging behaviors.
  6. Make changes based on class feedback. 


Format and Intended Audience
From the moment you walk into class, you will have opportunities to facilitate in a supportive environment. You’ll learn through practical hands-on exercises and the feedback that supports them. Don’t expect to sit through a lecture or be overwhelmed with theory.

This class is designed for the trainer looking to improve engagement and interactivity in their training courses.

Payment Policy: All payments must be received in full prior to attending an event or workshop.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: 
Cancellations made more than five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made three (3) to five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than three (3) calendar days prior to the event and no-shows will not be refunded or credited. Any unpaid balance due will remain according to the above guidelines. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
